July 18, 2022, AUSTIN, Texas — Stoplight, a leading API design company, announced publicly today that previous Vice President of Strategy and Revenue Operations, Harrison Yeager, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective as of July 11, 2022.
“As a board, we are confident in Harrison’s ability to step up as CEO. He greatly embodies the Stoplight values and culture while also possessing the historical knowledge of strategy, product, and revenue to properly lead Stoplight into our next phase,” shares Stoplight board member Bill Wood.
As for what this means for Stoplight as a company, the vision has not changed. The focus will continue to be on developing quality APIs with a design-first mentality, with a primary focus on enabling the organization to grow revenue sustainably and in a highly predictive manner supported by a best-in-class infrastructure and processes.
“Since joining back in 2019, I have witnessed incredible growth and achievement among our employees, product, and customers. I am very proud of what this company has accomplished. I am excited to lead Stoplight into our next chapter of growth and acceleration in the coming months,” shares Yeager.
Based in Stoplight’s hometown of Austin, Texas, Yeager has been a part of the Stoplight team since August 2019, starting out as the Head of Operations and quickly working his way up to vice president of operations. He brings over a decade of operations and strategy experience and has been an integral part of shaping Stoplight’s journey and culture.
